Incey Wincey

This little Green Orb Weaver spider Araniella cucurbitina hitched a ride from my mum's house home to mine on the windscreen wiper of my car. I could see it clinging on as I drove along the lanes.

Its almost flourescent green colouring shows up well against the brickwork of my cottage here, but at only about 4mm in length is is well camouflaged when amongst its natural habitat of plants.

For those of you who were worried about my life, thank you for caring! There have been no more branches falling off trees and I intend to sleep well tonight (See yesterdsay's blip)
