Mono Monday #13 ....... Weather ..............

................ for today's challenge hosted wonderfully (yet again) by Paladian .

This is her last week and next week's theme, hosted by Rainie, is THREE.

This was taken from the path outside the back door this morning (with me laying down - not drunk) ... through the long grass which is supposed to be a lawn and up into the light blue, pluffy-clouded sky (not a typing error - I think pluffy describes some clouds very well).
In an attempt to make it a little more interesting (??) I have added a bit of a border.

Bigger in large (really??? never!! lol)

I started cutting the grass just after noon and finished at quarter past six.
I ache.
It does look much better though :-))

Today's weather (at 6pm) in Holbeach, Lincolnshire, UK ...... as reported by "wunderground" (a great site for getting weather from all over the world):-

Winds from the NE at 26 km/h (16 mph).
Pressure: 1018 hPa
Visibility: 26 km (16 mls)
Scattered clouds 2100 mtrs (6,890 feet)
Dew Point: 10C (50F)

Moon will be a waning crescent.

Yesterday's arrival home (an aerial shot from the plane) was backblipped earlier if you would care to take a look.

My 18-105 lens had to be used for this shot but I have ordered a new (secondhand) one online and should have that on Wednesday ...... exactly half the price of a new one and said, by the retailer, to be in Excellent++ condition.

I am headed for the States in four weeks (hopefully with Mum - fingers and all appendages crossed) and wasn't confident that a repair would be done by then - I guess I can always sell the repaired one when I get back!
