THE DARK SKY IN THE MORNING

did not gave hope for a nice blipfotoday. The forecast did promise a change at 1 pm but that did not happen. Only at 4 pm (Piet Hein had already gone to the beach for his healthy swim) Mischa and I set out for a walk. The clouds had mysteriously disappeared but there was now a code orange because of the stormy wind that was blowing.
We walked through the Meer en Bospark, walked along the shore of a little canal. I knew there could be pink waterlilies flowering and we found a little field of leaves and some beauties in it. Dragonflies and damsels were swifter than ever because of the wind and even to follow them with your eyes did hurt.
Through the dunes we reached the beach and the sandstorms made it difficult to walk southwards, but we managed!

My haiku:

Stay below the wind
If you do'nt intend to fly
Far away to the north

And the proverb:

Half wijs, half mal, dat past the jeugd wel.

Translation: Halve wise, halve fool, that suits the youth.
