Rays of light shining down from the heavenly sky.
Rays of hope are filling our minds and our hearts tonight.
At this moment, our dear dear friend is laying in a hospital bed, prepped for surgery.......prepped and waiting for one of the most invasive surgeries performed, a double lung transplant.
In another room, a grief stricken family is struggling with the earth shattering decision to stop life support, life support that is barely keeping their loved one alive.
As one soul leaves this life, another will be gifted the organ that she needs to survive.

Hope for the gathered family as they grieve for the loss of their loved one tonight.
Hope for our dear friend, my second mother......
Hope. That this surgery will be a success.
Hope. That she will be blessed with the opportunity to continue to be a devoted wife, a loving mother, a proud grandmother, and a true best friend to so many people in her cherished and treasured life.
Hope. Love. And FAITH.
Praying, praying all day and all night.......
