Friday 30 April 2010: Reflections

Rutland Square, a gem of a place, was looking particularly good this morning I did think. Always wishing to spread some knowledge about, the square was built in the 1830s to the design of one John Tait. He's buried at the Dean Cemetery somewhere. A future trip there then.
Forgot to record that last night Quixote, an Americana band, were playing at the Caley Sample Room. I'd seen their singer Richard Klein before - he does some pretty excellent Jonathon Richman covers (a small but loyal fanbase there). They kicked along very nicely.
Have a good weekend everyone. I'm away south of the border. Not Mexico sadly, just Bolton...
