I had my first Kodak Brownie camera when I was about 9 but use was limited to be able to afford film and developing from my limited pocket money. Now having retired I have the time (and resources) to indulge and explore my interest. I have thought about joining Blip on several occasions in the past two years but felt intimidated by the challenge of blipping everyday. The current pandemic lockdown has made me look more closely at my immediate environment and to explore my photography in a small world. It also seems appropriate to use Blipfoto as a journal of these unique times. I also intend using my phone camera more to explore its potential, together with my other two cameras.
