We’re from Belgium - I moved to the US with my dad and sister when I was 7. Grew up in Louisiana, spent some years in Florida, and now in North Carolina with my love David, sons Elijah and Merete, and many pets. Well, the boys are actually scattered chasing their futures now, so you’ll see more pets than young men.

I’m a professor, spending much of my time teaching, mentoring, researching, writing. Trying to learn the cello, keep strong and healthy, and find some time to chill.

Photography wise, I just joined our local photography club and have already learned so much (like Blipfoto is the place to be!). Feel free to critique and give advise if you have time to spare for an old dame learning new tricks…
