I'm what I like to call a "Snapshot Photographer."

Born in the age of digital (although I did start learning from film) the bulk of my experience come from taking hundreds of pictures in a single sitting.

I shoot photography because I love to capture every moment. I don't want to let these precious memories to slip away. And I'm not just talking about people, in my mind even a messy desk can be interesting. I love looking at "a day in the life," because looking back on these photos years later it's fun to see how much has changed. (Technology, color schemes- there is so much to be learned and remembered from an old photo.)

After shooting I spend a lot of time sorting through my pictures and pulling out the ones that aren't too terrible for words. In my experience, "Take a hundred pictures, and one of them will come out."
