I have been taking photos since high school which I graduated in 1999. Went to school in Commerce, Texas to continue my photographing experience and graduated with a bachelors degree emphasized in photography. Worked freelance for awhile but now I work the 8 to 5er Mon-Fri. I am the assistant photographer for Stage Stores, we shoot lots of clothes, shoes, fragrance, ect; mostly boring stuff, that's were Blip comes in.

I want to start my own photo blog so I can let the world see my surroundings as I see them, giving me even more reason and purpose to take pictures.

One on The Wheel One on The Trigger:
This project is about a city that was completely designed around the automobile. Houston, Tx has 2 freeway loops all the way around the city with a third on the way, combined with 4 interstates that run strait through the city, all together it adds up to 575.5 miles of freeway and express way (according to wikipedia). Even with all that its not enough for 2 million people, my life is a traffic jam, that's were this project has evolved from. I sit in my car on average 1 hour going to work, a trip that should take 15 minutes, and the ride home is usually worse. All photographs in this series are taken from the driver seat of my car, don't worry I wear my seatbelt, normally I have my eyes on the road while my camera does all the work.

You can see some of my not so recent work on my website (updated version coming soon... maybe?)
