I'm Miztified and usually mystified, too. My name IRL is Sarah - originally from South Wales, now in the San Francisco Bay Area in Northern California, married with 2 grown-up(ish) sons.I'm loving blip as a way to the world through so many and varied lenses - sometimes it's beautiful photography, sometimes it's places I dream of being, sometimes it's a different way of seeing, but it's always fascinating.
My first ever camera was a FED (russian rangefinder), bought second hand with extra lenses co-owned with my sister. We couldn’t afford much developing and printing, but luckily my dad set us up with his home-made enlarger and stock of 10+ year old chemicals and paper, so we learned the basics of B&W. My next camera was the Olympus OM10, and I never had one I loved as much until Olympus came out with the first digital PEN.
I’m still using Olympus gear, and I’m here looking for inspiration, and to improve my photography. A picture a day is a great challenge - pushing me to look for subjects and viewpoints beyond my usual comfort zone.
