I became interested in photography my freshman year in college. I took a class and learned to do everything manually, including developing my own pictures in a darkroom. After that experience I thought a nice dream would be to have my own darkroom in my house. Since then, technology has really exploded and the digital world made it easy to forget that idea. Now I just want a really sweet, expensive digital camera. I never thought to invest in one until my daughter was born almost a year ago. She has rekindled and sparked my interest and love for taking pictures. I love the idea of creating a time capsule of your life in a split second that you can never pause, rewind, or do over...but you can at least capture that second to keep forever and admire.
