Hi I'm a Mum of 2 waving goodbye to my forties!

I have been slowly putting on weight for the last 15 years....not even a pound a month but over the years it soon adds up! I have no willpower to stick to diets and haven't done one for more than 5 days! I then either loose heart or reward myself with chocolate or chips!!! So this was the last ditch attempt to improve my health.

Off on holiday and when I return I plan to combine this and my other challenge...to walk 500 miles before summer 2014 which I have started on my other journal.

Thank you soooo much for all your visits and support so far ( to a rather boring journal)... It has really changed my health and self image....have just bought my first pair of shorts for ages!!!!
