Over the past few years, I have mentioned to my husband that I'd love to have a "nice" camera. Without expecting it, this year for my birthday, I recieved my first "nice" camera. It's definitely a starter camera compared to friends of ours. Although, in my eyes, this camera is WAY over my head. It's a Cannon EOS Rebel SL1. It came with only the close-up lens (you know I am newbie due to my lingo), but for Christmas I recieved a bigger lens (55-250mm), filters, a tulip and a fancy backpack camera case with cleaning supplies. I was so excited. I figured with all of this my pictures are sure to come out fantastic. :)
I have began to take pictures and yes, I have a lot to learn. I enjoy action shots (sports) & faces/people. I read that you should carry your camera everywhere you go because you never know what could catch your eye and make a beautiful picture.
I signed up for blip after being introduced to it by a friend and her husband. I have been signed on for a few months, but with no activity. I can't say I will be consistent, but I am going to try my best. Here I go into the blip world.
