Challenge 2011 - Vegetables

A kind of emergency blip today, as most of my shots were for work, therefore not really suited to people who may be eating their eveing meal, of were taken from the car on the way home and were therefore fairly dodgy night shots.

It all helps though, as I know what I can and can't get away with at night.....

Anyway, this week's challenge I thought would be a good start, so here is the bottom of a Butternut Squash, which I think offers endless texture and nice colour.

It's lame, but it's not cooked yet!
