Vision

The vision statement of my organization -- Our dream is a world free of poverty -- features at the entrance of the building, alongside the flags of the 185 countries who are members.
There are days when that statement rings truer than others, but those are usually the days when you're away "in the field" rather than in meetings at headquarters...
