Tonight we will mainly be eating vegetables - so what's new?

It's been an interesting day although mainly desk bound. Spent time writing, meeting and calling folk - all the usual things - and eating cupcakes. Hilly brought in some celebratory cakes for Mr Blogs, so there goes another diet day.
