Remember these? Which grew into these in 2009.
It seems our council's "Cutbacks" started in 2010 by NOT cutting back these limes.
Close scrutiny shows a second years growth, just above roof height on the nearest tree.
Question ... Will the cutbacks happen? Or be cutback again?
