The Rare Squirrel Fish

Whilst on business in China, I was taken to a traditional restaurant tonight and had a bit of a feast. Lost of dishes were ordered and eaten from a giant lazy susan, all sharing the dishes. There were some strange things on there... bird legs (not the meaty kind), sea slugs, spicy jelly fish, but one of the best things was this dish. Sweet and Sour fish served as a squirrel (or so the menu says). I can't remember the type of fish but it was lovely. Sliced, turned inside out, battered then fried. Yum. I just wish I could remember the name. An interesting evening to say the least :)
