Zooming Through Recordings

I always thought it would be "handy" to have a digital field recorder. Several years ago, my company acquired a Zoom H4, and I quickly realized that "handy" is quite the understatement. This tool -- with good built-in mics as well as 1/4" and XLR inputs -- is incredibly useful. Of course, I have my eye on the H4n, but for now, this little workhorse is more than adequate for my needs.
