The Light Beckons

Photographing an 'away tennis match' in Macon, Georgia's historic district built in the early 1900's, I was drawn to a row of 5 church spires. I noticed the last one had a window or reflective surface near the top. I watched it all afternoon, hoping for this effect. The team was finishing up, everyone was requested to do a quick clean up of debis and I got distracted and almost missed it! The other team probably thought it odd that I grabbed my gear and raced off toward the back of the complex at quittin' time, my MY team is used to it...they knew I'd be back with today's award winning shot!
