Not as I expected

When I woke up this morning and saw these colours I thought it was going to be a bright day today, but things haven't turned out to be so.
I thoght you could understand it better if I showed you these two pics together. One was taken at 7.20 am, the other at 16.20
What a difference!
And it's so cold!!
