The Cash

Me and 1,185 of my closest friends are heading out to pay my college tuition today.

Gallaudet University decided to pass the fee for credit card use (2.75%) on to the students. Visa won't let them do this, so they're not accepting Visa at all. Phone payments are also banned now.

So the only way to pay your tuition for free is by eCheck. This requires you to have all the cash up front. So if they require me to have the cash... they get the cash.
