Shortbread

Stuck at home all day today beacuase Charlie was feeling under the weather and so was off school. I managed to get a lot done, though, so it was quite a successful day.

One thing I did manage to get done was to bake some shortbread. I hadn't tried making it before but it was quite easy and the results were very good.
