A bit of bling...........

When we moved into our Victoria terrace, my friend warned me, old houses are so interesting, but you will never stop needing some work or other doing to it........This was so true, fifteen years onwards we still are. This pic, is my bit of bling the bathroom, this bathroom is so lovely and long waited for, like a expectant mother. A lot of you in old Victorian houses, the not so grand one's will probably have had the coal house or other made into a downstairs bathroom, ours was like that when we moved in, straight of the kitchen, so you could have a full conversation with someone whilst dishing up the roast, a bit unnerving...........Two years ago, we had it moved upstairs, and had the original fire place place left in the bathroom.......It still give me such pleasure, every time i walk in there, all of you that have waited and saved to get jobs done in your homes, will understand, its my bit of bling.........
