EXCHANGE

Those from the hills sell and those from the plains buy.

Seen there is the YONGCHAAK, one of the most favourited and costly winter vegetables. Can be eaten in every way.
Raw,
fried,
roasted,
boiled,
cooked,
steamed,
seasoned,
curried single
or
in combination with other vegetables, fish, meat etc.

It's essence is the beans (eaten fresh or seasoned) full of amino acids, proteins, vitamins and other minerals.

The only drawback of eating this is the simple addiction, the foul breathe, and finally the foul smell traveling far and wide from the droppings too!
