Thats Shal'lot!

Some fair weather got me out of the house and doing my first bit of proper gardening this year. And another first for me, I planted my first ever shallots today. Hopefully will get plenty of these tasty treats later in the year. Great for cooking with, love them roasted with Sunday dinner and hopefully will get a few jars pickled ready for Christmas!
