Dodgy Pitch

The boys played a match this morning on one of the dodgiest pitches we have encountered to date.

Just look at the tiny gap between the touchline and the wire fence.

The overhanging branches were another fun feature, trapping the ball from several throw-ins, clearances and through balls so it just dropped down dead on the pitch.

Makes me appreciate our wonderful home pitch even more.
