We promised ourselves there would be no mad rush this morning, but neither Nick or I could get up. Sam caught his bus - just and Rowan missed hers. Even though Archie the lovely school bus driver waited and waited (he knows us too well!) Having quickly whisked Rowan to school we grabbed some breakfast and then I'm ashamed to say went back to bed! Two hours later we woke up in another blind panic remembering Murron, who was still playing happily away in her bedroom. So much for the new year new us routine.

Did manage to go for a rainy walk, where Murron and I did a lot of puddle jumping and I took one photo (this one!)
