End of an Era

So I believe the leading streak, is the International Space Station (ISS) orbiting the earth, with several astronauts on board. Following it is the final Space Shuttle mission for the orbiter Discovery, which had docked with and transferred passengers, spare parts and other bits and pieces to and from the ISS. It's preparing to go home now,
The overhead passes are really quite bright and very obvious, and can be found from this web site if you tell it where you are observing from.

So goodbye to this space shuttle, shame the replacement isn't even designed yet, but it will be supplied by the Russian and European space programs meanwhile.

I thought this was the last shuttle mission - but apparently there are two more missions planned. It's just Discovery that is being retired - Oops - sorry.
