For the rest of us, welcome to my calorie loaded pancake feast, grab one while you can...made eight ...gone in a flash ! I just about managed to blip this one before it (like the rest of them) disappeared. Happy Shrove Tuesday...

(Thankfully pancakes are a regular event in this house so no waiting another year til the next batch ;-)
