Red

The boy's been wanting his new room painted since he moved in at the turn of the year.
Of course, he wants it done in crazy bright colours.
We managed to talk him down to a 'feature' wall, but it had to be red.

So, at the weekend it was off to the shops to find the colour.
Normally, we only buy Dulux, but bizarrely they only had raspberry, which looked too close to pink, and another red that looked more like brown.

So I ended up going for the 'own make' as it's closer to the 'poppy red' we were looking for and I didn't really want to go down the custom mix route.

Hopefully it will stick to the wall, unlike that rubbish Crown stuff I got a while ago...
