The Leaning Towers of Preston

Not a pretty blip but nonetheless there - even more so for the residents. We never took the architects, planners and builders of these to task despite a vague apportionment of blame when the buildings started to fall apart - three months after they were built. Some of those responsible are still among us, but they don't live here in Avenham.
