Carrion Crow

After yesterday's blip, I'm glad I found a bird who doesn't mind getting close to me. Crows are very clever, and have a very good memory. A bag of bird food, generously shared, makes them remember you for a long time.

Like yesterday's jay, crows belong to the Corvidae family (and yes, that makes them songbirds, too). The tiny patch of white feathers on this one's chest could mean the bird's leucistic.
