Mixed bag...

It has been a very stressful day, a night mare client giving everyone a hard time, its so frustrating trying to help someone that just will not listen to anything from anyone.

On a brighter note I have finnished and passed all 11 homepoint modules, which means i now have a national standard qualification on Scottish housing and homelessness statutory law.

So glad it is Friday, hope you have a great weekend :0)
