A trifle of trifle!

Sister's birthday today so we had her over for lunch. Treated her (and us!) to a proper trifle, with raspberries and lots of custard! Didn't have any sherry but I did have some cranberry and raspberry juice so I put that in. Seemed a bit mean, making a trifle with no alcohol in it, so I added a slurp of southern comfort! Went down a treat! We all had seconds, and two people had thirds! This is my portion, which I am saving for tomorrow - unless it mysteriously vanishes during the night . . . . . !

Have just looked at her blip and can hardly believe my eyes . . . !
