Garden Railroad

Bruce is adjusting a part of his rolling stock on The Viewpoint Railroad. He, with his wife, built this railroad over a period of two years. The project actually consists of two lines. The smaller track represents the late nineteenth century and runs a small steam type engine representing the era. The larger track runs diesel engines from around the mid twentieth century. Features include a 40 foot river canyon and four steel bridges, the largest being 15 feet long. Note this only a partial view of the complete layout.

Controls are fantastic. Four trains were operating simultaneously. In automatic mode, trains are held until switches ahead are clear of traffic. It can also be operated wirelessly using a hand-held controller. The control panel is a testimonial to wiring neatness.

Great job, Bruce!
