I had to taste it (for research purposes) and it is proper vanilla ice cream with crushed tablet pieces. This reminds me of Mackie's macaroon ice cream I once bought, ice cream with smashed up macaroon bars.

Strokes chin. Wonder if I could do something with ice cream and Tunnock's caramel Logs?
