Just back from combat... dull day at work left me lethargic... was hoping it would perk me up a bit, but I think I lost this fight...

Here's a shot of my tired, stinky, feet, in my equally revolting trainers... These were the least offensive of the sweaty bits...

I am now sat on the sofa in my PJs ,having been fed, watered and showered and I'm now resting my achy limbs...
