Roman Room Fourth Century

We usually see mosaics in fragments, and Roman furniture as shards of word if it survives atall. Therefore it is striking to see a Roman room that you could live in.

This reconstruction using a real mosaic and furniture reconstructions based on finds from Roman Londinium faithfully recreates what a Roman room of the 4th century would have looked like in rich citizen's house.
