Mad Dash

Since my surgery I have been stuck bored at home. I am at the point now where I can go for very short rides in the car if my partner Neil is driving.

So whilst sitting on the couch watching some telly, he noticed the sunset out of our big loungeroom window (I was facing away).

Once outside on the veranda having a gander, I mentioned it was such a shame we weren't at the lake to capture it there. So up jumps Neil, grabs his keys and yells "come on!" and away we went.

By the time we got there (only about five minutes away), I had about five minutes left and this what I got.

I won't lie, it is an HDR and I have darkened it a tiny bit in PS, but the work was minimal.
