After a wet start it brightened up so went for a walk up the hill behind the house, with camera of course.
It was the first opportunity to take landscapes and I tried out the panoramic function (but haven't yet loaded the software to deal with them) though there isn't anything particularly interesting.
Came back via the old millponds and discovered how difficult it is to get good pictures of birds that won't stay still, but got a few nice ones of the swans, one of goosanders and this female mallard who had just returned from up-ending herself (the pic of that was a bit fussy so that's a challenge for the future).
