Rose

The weather has turned out lovely today after a dull start, but sadly I've been on a course all day and unable to make the most of it. Stopped off at my dad's on my way home which is where all my goodies get sent, and so I had a new camera bag, tripod and some ND filters waiting for me! With some beautiful roses at home starting to look past their best I decided I ought to spend some time photographing them. This is my first attempt, I like the black background and negative space which I hope draws your eyes to the details of the rose.
