Instead of throwing away my leftover [sourdough] starter this time, I looked around online to see what I could make with the remnants. American... biscuits? Basically scones, with no sweetness. These turned out great and were so easy to make - I really recommend them!

Conversation today:

ME: So... we should name the starter.
HIM: Yeah, we should.
ME: You name it!
HIM: Me? No! I named the Wii {Elsie}.
ME: How about... Keima?
HIM: So let me get this right... the WII and the SOURDOUGH STARTER live in harmony (referenced names from the same anime, [The World God Only Knows])??
