Lucy at the beach

Early start to our weekend this morning as Lucy, Ben and I had the Dubai Road Runners 10k at the Autodrome (well, 2.5k for them). It was a really good event and we all did well and had a good time. This was followed by rugby training, shopping and then a trip down to the beach to make the most of the good weather before it gets too hot.
