Time to reflect

I have gone through a real wave of different emotions this week. Excitement, relief, sadness, guilt... to name a few.

Today I just felt content as dropped Rachel off at my best mates and headed out to set a geocaching trail on my own. Walking around Nene Valley Way lake, watching the swans, throwing sticks for Poppy is a great way to think and put life into perspective.
