Better Biceps

I took this pic while walking Miles around today - he loves to just check everything out. And while he is taking in all the sights and sounds, I am working on better arms. Carrying this near-10 pound baby is a work out.

PS. a shout out to SeniorMoments...I can't believe you birthed 10 lb babies...I've noticed a huge difference in Miles between 8 and 10 lbs. Kudos.
