Seattle

We went to Seattle this weekend to visit some friends. We spent the day at one of the couple's house visiting and playing with their new baby. Late in the afternoon we checked into our hotel and headed to a sports bar with the group to catch up on some March Madness. For dinner we headed to a delicious Mexican restaurant called Barrio and had a great time catching up with friends. It was the first adventure out with the baby for the new parents and he was an angel. That couple headed home and the rest of us went over to a Japanese style karaoke bar where we had reservations for a room. Our particular room had a window to the sidewalk where complete strangers passing by could see us singing our hearts out the latest song we chose. The room comes complete with a flat screen TV to run lyrics and videos, 2 microphones, an ipad to make your song selections from, a phone to the bar, and a cocktail waitress. Needless to say, it got very ridiculous, very quickly. This particular shot is of my husband, really "hamming" it up when I stepped outside tot he sidewalk to get a picture.

Good laughs, good music (sometimes), and fantastic friends who all know how to have a good time!
