Planning permission denied

I had planned, for my 365th blip, to go out to the country to take a really good picture. However, the best laid plans etc. etc. It snowed all morning and now it's raining.

The house you see here is on the corner of my street. It too has had it's planning permission denied. Several times, in fact. So there it sits getting more and more derelict while the owners and the bureaucrats fight it out - doing nothing for the neighbourhood.
