A huge leek in the flat!

Call a plumber! I got home from work to find the O.H. very proud of his collection of leeks grown on the farm. The one blipped is the most striking. I predict that we will be eating a lot of soup and stir fries over the coming months but of course being Welsh I am very excited at the prospect! Any suggestions of yummy things to do with them gratefully received :-)
