Time to dust

Stymied again, so here's a current obsession: the extreme dustiness of our flat. We can't just blame our location (on a busy road) or position in the block (ground floor, sanded boards). We just don't dust enough. It has to be one of life's most tedious but eventually necessary tasks and I always always always leave it too long.

The lamp is beginning to look ridiculous, an possibly dangerous - it wouldn't surprise me if it started smouldering.
